GA4 remains disabled unless a measurement ID is configured. Where consent is required, non-essential analytics will not activate until the relevant consent mechanism is in place.
Advertising
AdSense remains disabled until publisher approval, page-quality review, a compliant consent platform where needed, an ads.txt file, and final placement checks are complete.
