Text you transform

SayMorph sends the text you submit and your selected controls from our server to our model provider to generate the requested transformation. SayMorph does not use your submitted text to train its own models, does not sell it, and does not intentionally send full input or output text to GA4, advertising systems, or ordinary product analytics. SayMorph is designed not to retain a server-side copy of your text after the response is returned; how the provider processes and retains that text is described below. Please do not submit passwords, secrets, or sensitive personal information.

Session storage on your device

The current input, controls, and result may be kept in your browser’s session storage so a refresh or ordinary navigation does not erase your work. That session-local copy is not an account history and normally disappears when the browser tab session ends. You can clear it by clearing site data.

Operational data

We may process privacy-safe metadata such as the Translator ID, text-length bucket, selected controls, result version, latency, error type, copy action, and feedback category. We do not need the actual sentence to understand whether a tool loaded, completed, or failed.

Model provider and international processing

When you select Transform, SayMorph sends your input text, your selected controls, and limited request metadata to DeepSeek’s API (api.deepseek.com) and receives the generated output. DeepSeek is a third-party model provider based in China.

DeepSeek’s public Privacy Policy states that data handled by its services may be processed and stored in the People’s Republic of China. Its Open Platform Terms state that the processing rules for end users of downstream applications are not covered by that public Privacy Policy. DeepSeek’s public API terms do not provide downstream end users with a clear zero-retention or no-training commitment.

SayMorph does not use your text to train its own models or sell your text. Do not submit passwords, secrets, regulated data, confidential business information, sensitive personal data, or third-party personal information that you are not authorized to share.

Read the DeepSeek Open Platform Terms and DeepSeek Privacy Policy. If the provider or these boundaries change, this page will be updated before the change takes effect.

Analytics

SayMorph uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to measure page views and the privacy-safe product events described above. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies. Full input or output text is never sent to analytics. In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, analytics storage defaults to denied under Google Consent Mode until consent is granted; elsewhere you can opt out through your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Advertising

Advertising remains disabled. Before any advertising is enabled, SayMorph will present a compliant consent mechanism where required and update this policy with the relevant disclosures.

Regional availability

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, SayMorph transformation sends your text to a model provider that may process it outside those regions, including in China. SayMorph relies on your explicit choice to submit text for processing; Google Consent Mode for analytics is separate and does not authorize cross-border AI processing. If a lawful transfer mechanism for these regions has not been confirmed, transformation may be restricted in your region.

• Governing law and jurisdiction: the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong.
• Age eligibility: SayMorph is intended for users who are at least 14 years old. If you are under 14, please do not use the service without a parent or guardian’s consent.
• Provider data-processing agreement: no separate data-processing agreement is in place with the model provider. Provider-side handling of your text follows DeepSeek’s own public terms, and no zero-retention or no-training commitment is claimed.

For access, deletion, correction, objection, or another privacy request, email privacy@saymorph.com. Do not include unrelated confidential writing in the request.
