Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use SayMorph. If you are under 14, use the service only with a parent or guardian’s involvement and consent.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the source text you submit, your right to use it, the result you choose, and the context in which you send or publish that result. Review every output before relying on it. You retain your rights in the text you submit; subject to these terms and applicable law, you are responsible for how you use the generated results.
Prohibited use
Do not use SayMorph for fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, malware, spam, unlawful discrimination, evading safety systems, deceptive reviews, academic dishonesty, or infringement. Do not use it to imitate a celebrity, living public figure, protected character, brand, or living writer’s distinctive style.
High-stakes content
SayMorph is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, compliance, employment, or other qualified professional review. A small wording change can alter rights, obligations, or risk.
AI limitations
Generated text can be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or different from your intent. Fact safeguards reduce risk but do not remove the need to verify names, dates, amounts, links, requests, refusals, promises, and deadlines.
Third-party AI provider
Transformations are generated using DeepSeek’s API, a third-party model provider based in China. Your use of SayMorph’s transformation feature is also subject to DeepSeek’s Open Platform Terms and Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for how your text is sent to the provider and where it may be processed.
Availability and changes
We may limit, suspend, change, or discontinue features to protect users, manage costs, meet legal obligations, or improve quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular search ranking, audience response, or business result.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of SayMorph is subject to the competent courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong.
